In June 2009, I felt a strong calling to take the skills that I’ve learned in the medical field and apply them in ministry and in missions. The very moment I submitted myself to God’s call – he immediately began opening doors! Very soon after, God led me to M.V.I., and I could not be more excited about all that He is doing in my life right now!

Altogether, I will be in Peru for four months. During the first month, I will be attending language school, which is a vital part of the process that I am extremely excited about, so that I will be more effective at communicating with the people of Peru. My time in Peru will be extremely demanding, and at the same time, amazingly rewarding. This will definitely be the closest thing I’ve experienced to “Survivor”!

Our mission goals are to (1) personal evangelism and outreach, (2) train saints in a Bible college by assisting leaders, pastors, and church members, (3) break down denominational walls by emphasizing Christ as the head of the church, (4) provide health care by utilizing medical teams in remote areas where health care is not available, and (5) provide programs for training children and youth.

In order for this trip to be possible I need your help. The total needed for my trip is $5,950, and my main expenses are as follows:
· $2,550 for ground costs/living expenses
· $1,800 for my flights
· $1,600 for language school
